Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Stelia website and related services (the "Service"), operated by Quentin Flechaire ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, including buying a pass through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
About Stelia
Stelia lets leisure venues (such as water parks and amusement parks) sell fast passes online. As a visitor, you scan a QR code or open the venue's shop page, pay online, and receive a pass by email that you present on site.
Stelia's role and the venue's role
When you buy a pass, the seller is the venue, not Stelia. Stelia provides the technology: the shop page, the payment flow, the pass delivery, and the scanning tools used on site. The sales contract is between you and the venue, which is responsible for delivering the service the pass gives access to.
Purchases and payments
You do not need an account to buy a pass, only a valid email address, which is where your pass is sent. Make sure it is correct before paying.
Payments are processed by Stripe and go directly to the venue. We do not collect or store card details. The total shown before payment is the product price set by the venue. There are no hidden fees: what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Using your pass
Your pass is a QR code that you present at the venue. It is valid for the date, products, and number of uses shown at the time of purchase. Each scan at a checkpoint consumes one use. Once all uses are consumed or the validity period has passed, the pass expires.
Keep your pass private: anyone with access to the QR code can use it.
Refunds and cancellations
Since the venue is the seller of your pass, refund and cancellation requests are handled by the venue, according to its own conditions. Contact the venue directly for these requests.
If a technical problem on our side prevents you from receiving or using a pass you paid for, contact us at contact@stelia.app and we will help resolve it. If a payment goes through but the order cannot be confirmed, it is refunded automatically.
Professional accounts
Access to Stelia as a venue is granted by invitation, after signing a commercial agreement. Stelia charges the venue a commission on sales, under the conditions agreed in that agreement.
Venues are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure, for all activity under their accounts, and for the accuracy of the products, prices, and conditions they publish.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Stelia only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the Service, its systems, or other users. You must not attempt to forge or duplicate passes, bypass scan limits, interfere with the Service, use automated tools to abuse the platform, or exploit pricing or payment mechanisms.
If abusive activity is detected, we may apply restrictions, cancel fraudulent orders, or suspend accounts without prior notice.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, functionality, and underlying software are owned by Quentin Flechaire and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
Content published by venues (names, logos, product descriptions) remains theirs; they grant us permission to host and display it solely to operate the Service.
Third-party services
Stelia relies on third-party services for essential functionality such as payments (Stripe), hosting, and email delivery. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Stelia available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Limitation of liability
Stelia is not responsible for the services provided by venues: opening hours, attraction availability, queue times, or on-site conditions are the venue's responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quentin Flechaire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes should first be raised with us directly in an attempt to resolve them informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding these Terms of Use, contact us at contact@stelia.app.
